Since the beginning of the summer, College On Tap has been running a series we created called 'Tapping In With Business.' If you haven't read it yet, this series is all about hearing from different small business owners who are in college, or recently graduated. In this series we heard from the College On Tap founders, The Creator Place, Local with Linds, CRTVMIND, SweatXServe, Home From College, Tipsy Golfer, and The Happy Camp3r.
First, we want to extend a large thank you to all the businesses that took part in this series. Everyone shared extremely valuable insights, and gave the public a closer look into what it takes to be a college business owner. As students and business owners at College On Tap, we can speak to both the challenges and also rewarding experiences gained from running a business. Reading all these articles will help you understand more of what it truly is like to start your own business. It is definitely NOT a make-money-quick scheme as it can be advertised on social media a lot. Extreme amounts of hard work go into every little detail of a small business. We hope that this series gave you a greater appreciation for small business, helped you learn about small business you may want to follow/get involved with, and provide insights for someone else starting a small business.
